My Story
I'm a 50-year-old wife, mum and personal trainer with a passion for helping people discover what they’re capable of.
I didn’t grow up sporty. In fact, I struggled with my weight throughout childhood and early adulthood avoiding exercise altogether.
Despite not being able to to run for a bus, I signed up for a half marathon as a 40th bucket list challenge — and it changed everything.
I found not just a love for running, but a love for feeling strong, connected to my body, and proud of what it could do. From there, I kept going — not to prove anything to anyone else, but to see what I could become.
Over the past 10 years I’ve taken on a range of fitness and endurance challenges including:

Along the way, I realised that what mattered most wasn’t the medals or finish lines — it was the confidence, strength and sense of possibility that training gave me. I started encouraging others to “have a go” too, helping friends and runners at my local gym train for their own challenges. The more I supported others, the more I knew I wanted to do this full-time.
So I made a big career pivot and retrained as a personal trainer.
