In-Person Personal Training 

II offer personal one-to-one training to help you achieve your fitness goals. These are delivered at Jake Wood Personal Training facilities in Bramcote, Nottingham. If you're llooking for weekly consistent & hands-on support this is the ideal option.

In-person packages include: 

  • Free in-person consultation to determine goals & lifestyle.

  • 10 x 1hr in-person PT sessions

  • Personalised training programme

  • Exclusive access to JWPT private facilities to train

  • Nutrition, recovery & lifestyle coaching 

  • Bi-weekly check-ins via WhatsApp or phone

  • Access to JWPT app for tracking, workout programmes & recipes

Online Personal Training 

Online coaching is ideal for those who prefer flexibility & guidance without the needs for in-person sessions. My online training packages provide everything you need to stay accountable & achieve sustainable results - anytime, anywhere.

Our core package includes: 

  • Free consultation, video call to determine goals & lifestyle.

  • Personalised training programme 

  • Weekly check-in to review progress & goal set

  • Nutritional, recovery and lifestyle guidance & tracking for your training or fat loss goals

  • Email & WhatsApp support

Online coaching starts at just £79 per month for Bronze Package

Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing 

Every business is different based on their sector, no. employees, & budgets. We offer a range of support from one-off workshops, to comprehensive fitness packages as part of wellbeing services.

Services include:  

  • Workshops & webinars on topics such as nutrition, mobility, menopause

  • Corporate fitness challenge & event training 

  • Monthly employee wellbeing clinics

  • Employee one-to-one, small group or bootcamps.
